Suicides in IT industry

Suicides no more happening only in the agricultural sector. We have seen recent cases of suicides among IT professionals. Suicides here are not for personal reasons, they are clearly evident that the working conditions, pressure from superiors in the times of recession are clear reasons.
Should this not be condemned, should law not take its action on the people responsible... its no far that our close associate may face this if left this way... I think the time has come to raise our voice.....
